Simon SAS designs, manufactures and sales the following equipments:
• Continuous churns for manufacturing any type of butter: sweet, salted, sour and spreadable as well as spreads and light blends: Contimab
• Butter distribution systems including silos, pumps and pipes
• Reworking machines for re processing of frozen/unfrozen butter blocks: Conticrush or Contimalax
• Semi or fully automated packaging lines for butter blocks from 5 to 25 kg: Contistock or Simplistock
• Fully automated lines for semi liquid products as margarine, AMF, Fat blends: Contifiller
• Continuous mixers based on a twin screw technology for continuous dosing and blending of liquids, powders, pasty and fat products: MXT range

All of our equipments are designed to be cleaned in place and insure an excellent guarantee of quality. The capacities are:
Minimum: butter makers: 50 kg / hr – mixers: 30 kg / hr
Maximum: butter makers: 13,000 kg / hr – mixers: 7,000 kg / hr
